Ways to Place an Order~

Secure Online Ordering - Online ordering is available for USA and Canada. All others please contact us by email. We have chosen PayPal to handle our online payment processing. You can pay with your VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover WITHOUT a PayPal account, OR if you are a registered PayPal member you can choose to pay with your PayPal account. Either way you get the most secure online processing available. If you are unfamiliar with their checkout process we have outlined it for you below.

Ordering by Phone - We are available to take your order by phone Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time. Our toll-free number is 1-866-229-4327. We process phone orders offline.

Navigating the Checkout Process~

1. Each product page has an "Add to Cart" button near the bottom of the page. Choose your options then click the "Add to Cart" button. Each item will be placed in the shopping cart. While you are shopping you can either minimize or close the shopping cart window. To see it again simply click the "View Cart" button to the left.

2. When you are satisfied with the items in your shopping cart and are ready to checkout go to the bottom of the page and click "Proceed to checkout"

3. The next page will give you the option of paying with your credit card directly (lefthand side of page) or signing into your PayPal account (righthand side of page). To pay with your credit card directly fill in your billing information and click "Review Order and Continue". You will have an opportunity to add a "Ship to" address for sending gifts, gift card messages, etc. on the next checkout page. Your credit card will not be charged at this point. OR to pay with PayPal log into your account.

4. The next page will encourage you to create a PayPal account, you may do so OR click "Continue without logging in"

5. The next page will show your order details. Just under the items you are purchasing are two links "Add gift options" and "Add special instructions to merchant".

Click on "Add gift options" to enter a gift card message and/or add gift wrap to your purchase. Be sure to click the "Apply" button for the information to be saved.

To send us any additional information, click the "Add special instructions to merchant". If you are sending a gift this is where we need you to indicate"This is a gift to be sent directly to the gift recipient" (see "Sending a Gift~" below). Be sure to click the "Save" button.

6. In the "Ship to" portion of this page your name and billing address will be shown. If you want your order shipped somewhere other than this click the "Change" link directly under it. A box will appear that gives you the option to "Add an address". Click that and another box will appear for you to enter a new name and address for the shipping. Be sure to click "Save". If you are sending a gift this is where you enter the gift recipient's name and address.

7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Pay Now"

8. A page showing your transaction is complete will appear. It will show all the details of your purchase. You can print a receipt.

Sending a Gift~

If you are ordering a gift and want it sent directly to that person, PLEASE let us know by typing "This is a gift to be sent directly to the gift recipient" in the "Add special instructions to merchant" section of the checkout pages (see number 5 above). If you do not do this we are unable to tell it is a gift and the receipt with pricing etc. may get included with the order.

You may include a personal message for the gift card and choose to purchase Gift Wrap (see number 5 above). If you do not wish to specify a personal message we will send our standard card that reads "This gift was especially chosen for you by..." and list your name. The gift recipient is provided our Return Policy.

Enter the gift recipient's name and address in the "Ship to" portion of this Checkout page (see number 6 above).

Embroidery Personalization~

All of our products can be personalized with embroidery with the exception of the wrap mittens, booties and rain gear. Near the bottom of each page is a Personalize It! link. When you click this link a new window will open with the Personalize It! page where you can enter the information for the embroidery and add it to your shopping cart. We have tried to give you enough information on the Personalize It! page to explain the options, but if you have any questions please give us a call toll free at 1-866-229-4327 or send us an email from the Contact Us page.

The information below gives the GARMENT'S actual measurements, NOT baby measurements!
Use this as a guide, and remember to allow for ease and comfort. Generally speaking, our clothes are generously sized. The ribbed cuffs make fitting easier and allow room to grow.

Shipping Information~

We ship internationally - see below for details

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES - We ship all orders to USA addresses via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation. When you place your order please provide an address that can be delivered by the postal service. We do not use UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx for our shipping, therefore if you live in a rural area where you do not receive mail delivery at your house, please provide your P.O. Box address.

We will ship your order within 48 hours. MOST orders are shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an email Shipment Notification the day we ship your order. You should receive your order in 3 to 4 business days after the shipping date. This estimate is based on the information the U.S. Postal Service provides and Baby Polar Gear is not responsible for shipments taking longer than stated. Shipping charges are listed below.

Return Policy~

In purchasing products from our website or by telephone, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. Our Return Policy states:

You may return items purchased directly from Baby Polar Gear for exchange or full refund of merchandise cost, within 30-days from the date of shipment. Items being returned must not be worn, laundered, or damaged in any way, and must have the hang tag still in place. Personalized items are not returnable. Gift recipients are given our Return Policy.

Our regular shipping and handling charges apply to reshipments. You must notify us prior to returning items. Be sure to send returns and exchanges via the Postal Service as other carriers such as United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx cannot deliver to our Post Office Box. It is recommended that you purchase Insurance for your package for the appropriate amount as Baby Polar Gear will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Our address is P.O.
