A Towel, A Blanket? It's Both! The Warm & Dry Baby Bath Towel

Portland, OR - Baby Polar Gear designer, Janice Heiman-Philpott, has developed another

useful baby product, The Warm & Dry Baby Bath Towel. Her products, including this

newest edition, highlight the unsurpassed qualities of the Polartec® fabrics, and address

parent's concerns; this time preventing after bath chills.


In this original towel design the two fabrics, 100% cotton flannel* and Classic 200 Series

Polartec®, perform in contrast to each other, but work well together. The natural

absorbency of cotton, combined with the properties found in this fleece, produce a towel

that can be depended on for warmth as well as drying. After baby's bath, the soft, cotton

flannel side quickly absorbs the water, gently drying thoroughly. The flannel encourages

the doctor recommended method of pat drying rather than wiping which can be damaging

to the skin. Baby can then be wrapped up and stay warm in the fleece side until it's time

to dress. The Polartec® fabric absorbs very little water, dries quickly, and insulates even

when it gets damp. The towel also has a roomy hood that reverses for use with both sides.


The set includes one Warm & Dry Baby Bath Towel, one washcloth and a Munchkin®
